As in previous years, the cover of the current edition of Living deluxe magazine has once again been designed by an internationally renowned artist. The collector’s item was launched in the presence of Gottfried Helnwein and other prominent guests at the Heidi Horten Collection.

The magazine of premium real estate agent Living deluxe Luxury Real Estate is published once a year and is dedicated to the topics of living, architecture, real estate, art, and lifestyle. This year’s issue of Living deluxecomes with a special cover: For this edition, Austrian artist Gottfried Helnwein selected a print of his painting “The disasters of war 47”, each of which is hand-signed by the artist. This collector’s item is limited to 250 copies and will only be issued to long-standing customers and partners of Living deluxe Luxury Real Estate.

Launch in the presence of a VIP audience

For the launch, Thomas Hopfgartner, Managing Director of Living deluxe Luxury Real Estate, had invited numerous prominent guests to the Heidi Horten Collection, where the new edition and cover were presented for the first time. Among the guests were Ingrid Flick, Fiona Swarovski with Karl-Heinz Grasser, Alexandra and Paulina Swarovski, Helmut Essl, Ivana Ho, Philip König, Wilhelm Beier and many more.

“Gottfried Helnwein’s works are socially relevant, and the chosen painting relates to the current situation in the world. As one of the greatest Austrian artists of our time, his work is a perfect fit for our magazine series,” Thomas Hopfgartner explains.

As Gottfried Helnwein stated during the launch: “The heroes of my paintings are children. I prefer to see the world through the eyes of a child. For me, children are a great miracle; with their purity and reverie, they carry within them the possibility of a better humanity. However, it is important to protect them from the methods of education and indoctrination of the adult world.”
