The "LIVING deluxe" magazine issue encased in a work of art by Markus Lüpertz

Following Gottfried Helnwein last year, another renowned contemporary artist now joins the exclusive ranks of the LIVING deluxe magazine covers: Markus Lüpertz. Each issue is presented in a special sleeve designed in collaboration with an internationally acclaimed artist. This year’s edition was unveiled at the Hotel Sacher in the presence of Markus Lüpertz and numerous prominent guests, including Ingrid Flick.
Published annually each December, the magazine by premium real estate agency LIVING DELUXE Luxury Real Estate focuses on topics such as living, architecture, real estate, art, and lifestyle. This year, art icon Markus Lüpertz created the design for the latest magazine sleeve. The German painter and sculptor selected his 1984 oil painting “Pierrot Lunaire – A Pale Washerwoman” for the design—and personally hand-signed each individual copy.
To mark the occasion, Thomas Hopfgartner, Managing Director of LIVING DELUXE Luxury Real Estate, invited a host of distinguished guests to the Hotel Sacher in Vienna, where the new issue and its artistic sleeve were presented for the first time.
