Showcasing a collector's item:
LIVING DELUXE celebrates its fifth issue

With its fifth issue, LIVING DELUXE marks a special anniversary – once again emphasizing the close connection between art, design, and exclusive living. The current edition’s cover was designed by Katharina Grosse and presented at a private evening event in Munich, hosted by Thomas Hopfgartner and special guest Angelika Rosam, editor of Falstaff LIVING magazine.

Since the publication of its first issue in 2020, LIVING DELUXE has established itself as a curated platform for exceptional living spaces, contemporary art, and sophisticated architecture. Produced and curated by Falstaff LIVING Publishing, the magazine has developed its own distinctive editorial style over the past five years. The fifth issue now marks a milestone in the magazine’s history, not only because of the anniversary, but also for the artistic style that characterizes this edition.

With Katharina Grosse, the current issue showcases one of the most important voices in international contemporary art. Her colorful, expansive visual language transcends the classic boundaries of painting and space, offering new perspectives on perception and freedom. These qualities are also reflected in the exclusively designed magazine cover, which adorns the anniversary edition’s elegantly crafted slipcase, making each copy a coveted collector’s item.

GLAMOROUS PRESENTATION
The new edition was presented at a private evening event on December 11, 2025, at the Bavarian National Museum in Munich. A select group of guests from the worlds of art, business, and society gathered in a carefully curated atmosphere. Among the guests of Thomas Hopfgartner, managing director of LIVING DELUXE Luxury Real Estate, who has been consistently advancing the connection between exclusive real estate, art, and lifestyle for years, was Angelika Rosam, editor of Falstaff LIVING magazine.

When it comes to content, the magazine stays true to itself: the fifth issue continues to bring together international architecture and interior design concepts, inspiring styles, and a detailed portrait of the featured artist, Katharina Grosse. As usual, art and living are not viewed in isolation but placed in a shared aesthetic context that goes beyond trends and demonstrates character.
