Presenting a Collector's It
LIVING DELUXE celebrates issue five
With its fifth issue, LIVING DELUXE celebrates a special anniversary – and once again focuses on the close connection between art, design, and refined living. Katharina Grosse designed the cover for the current edition. It was presented at a private evening in Munich, where LIVING publisher Angelika Rosam was a guest of Thomas Hopfgartner.
Since its first issue in 2020, LIVING DELUXE has positioned itself as a curated platform for exceptional living spaces, contemporary art, and sophisticated architecture. Produced and curated by Falstaff LIVING, the magazine has been characterized by its distinctive editorial style for the past five years. The fifth issue now marks a milestone in the magazine’s history, not only because of the anniversary but also because of the artistic vision that defines this edition.
With Katharina Grosse, one of the most important voices in international contemporary art has been secured for the current issue. Her vibrant, expansive visual language transcends the traditional boundaries of painting and space, opening up new perspectives on perception and freedom. These qualities are also reflected in the exclusively designed magazine cover, which adorns the exquisitely crafted slipcase of the anniversary edition, making each copy a coveted collector’s item.
A DISTINGUISHED PRESENTATION
The new issue was launched at a private evening event on December 11, 2025, at the Bavarian National Museum in Munich. A select group of invited guests from the worlds of art, business, and society gathered in a carefully curated atmosphere. LIVING publisher Angelika Rosam was also among the guests that evening, joined by Thomas Hopfgartner, Managing Director of LIVING DELUXE Luxury Real Estate, who has been consistently developing the connection between exclusive real estate, art, and lifestyle for years.
The magazine remains true to its core principles: The fifth issue combines international architectural and interior design concepts, inspiring style narratives, and an in-depth profile of Katharina Grosse. Art and interior design are not considered in isolation, but rather placed within a shared aesthetic context that transcends trends and demonstrates a distinct stance.
LIVING DELUXE is published in a strictly limited edition and exclusively in a slipcase designed and signed by the artists. This positions the magazine once again at the intersection of high-quality publication and art object – a claim that also reflects the philosophy of LIVING DELUXE Luxury Real Estate. Quality, exclusivity, and a refined sense of aesthetics combine real estate, service, and publication to create a holistic lifestyle experience.
