ARTIST ERWIN WURM DESIGNED THE COVER FOR THE FIRST EDITION

The new “LIVING deluxe”-magazine from premium real estate agency LIVING DELUXE Real Estate is published annually with a cover designed by an internationally renowned artist. Erwin Wurm, megastar of contemporary art, who also adorns the cover, kicked things off.

Each edition of this unique magazine is dedicated to the topics of living, architecture, real estate, art, and lifestyle, and offers exciting insights behind the scenes at LIVING DELUXE Real Estate.

The cover created and autographed by Erwin Wurm gives the first edition a particularly high value, making it probably the most exclusive magazine in the world. The high-quality cover shows the sculpture “Mies van der Rohe Melting” from 2005 – the idea behind it is one of Wurm’s best-known concepts. “For me, it was quite logical to choose a ‘Melting House’ for the first issue,” says Erwin Wurm. One of the highlights of the first issue is an interview with the artist about the significance of architecture in his art and his life.

The magazine has a strictly limited print run of 250 copies and will be presented exclusively to selected individuals. “Our customers expect the highest level of exclusivity in terms of real estate and service. This is also reflected in the magazine, with which we want to pamper our customers in particular,” explains Thomas Hopfgartner, Managing Director of LIVING DELUXE Real Estate.

“I am incredibly proud of the first edition of ‘LIVING deluxe’ and, above all, that we were able to get Erwin Wurm, one of Austria’s best-known and most successful living artists, on board for our magazine. It is more than just an ordinary coffee table magazine, because it not only offers interesting content, but is also an art object, a unique piece and therefore a collector’s item,” emphasizes Hopfgartner.
